This is a financial proposition cum proposal to you, it is 100% risks free and high level of secrecy and total confidentiality is being maintained to protect all and sundry. I am Rev. Fr. Frank Terry, I am an ordained Reverend Father (Priest) of the Roman Catholic Church, I am the Parish Priest of St Mary and St Ethelburga in Barking, under the Catholic Diocese of Brentwood here in London. I am not supposed to involve myself in things of the world or monetary matters but this is the request of deceased man who did many evils and committed lots of atrocities but decided to us his possessions for good when he is gone by involving me and as a servant of the Most High God, I am charged by the oath of my anointing/ordination to do only the right thing always no matter how hard it could be.
I wish to reveal to you in confidence that I was in contact with late {Villain} Mohammed Ajmal Amir Kasab, the Pakistani national and the sole surviving terrorist of the Mumbai-India terror attack of November 26 2008 before was hanged at 7.30 am on Wednesday November 21, 2012 and buried in Yerwada Jail in Pune, I knew him when I was on a Missionary Service in Okara District of Punjab, Pakistan. After his mercy plea was rejected by President Pranab Mukherjee of India earlier, he communicated with me through one of his aides that he has a file in the office of Manoj M. Kastoor, Assistant Audit Officer, Indian Audit & Accounts Department, New Delhi Area, India, for an unaccounted fund of 89.71 Crore Indian Rupees in the Reserve Bank of India and treasures worth 121 Crore Indian Rupees in a safe-box in Diamond Security Company there in India. I have personally enquired his claims with all confidential information/details released by him to me and both the Reserve Bank of India and the Diamond Security Personnel have confirmed it but there are laid down rules to follow and if I try to go about it like that, this fund will be lost due to the depositors bad records and the way he died.
I have personally discussed this development with Mr. Manoj M. Kastoor and he directed me to Shri Vinod Rai, the Incumbent Comptroller and Auditor General of India {CAG} and he has informed me that as this fund is unaccounted, no trace with no mentioned next of kin and the beneficiary is confirmed dead, the have the constitutional right to confiscate the fund but due to the fact that I am an ordained priest, they have agreed to declare only the treasures to the Indian Government and keep the fund to be shared but only both of us cannot do it. We have involved Mrs. Reena Gupta of the Reserve Bank of India New Delhi and we only need an Indian or Pakistani who will stand as the beneficiary and receive the fund when it is wired from the Reserve Bank of India which is why I am contacting you now with the offer after going through series of prayers. The transfer will be done through legal process and you do not have to worry, we are backing it up legitimately because of the nature of the jobs of the men involved and my position in the Church.
The sharing mode agreed is that Shri Vinod Rai, Mr. Manoj M. Kastoor and Mrs. Reena Gupta will take 40% then you and I will both decide on what to do with the remaining 60% because late Ajmal Amir Kasab wants this fund to be used for charity but as a priest, I cannot do that for him but I strongly believe you can. You should know that in this transaction, you will only answer to the Reserve Bank of India as the sole beneficiary of the said fund because even the Reserve Bank of India do not know the source of the fund as Mrs. Reena Gupta has already destroyed its deposit file which means that it is being transferred to you as an unserviceable fund and there is no single trace whatsoever. And if it happens that you had to personally spend/invest any amount of money on during the process of the transfer, you will be reimbursed and compensated before the official sharing will take place this is to make sure that no one feels cheated and we can use the money wisely to help poor and needy people.
I assure you once again that this is 100% risks free, if there is any atom of risks, I definitely would not have considered it neither would the Comptroller and Auditor General of India involved himself considering that the CAG is ranked 9th highest office in India and enjoys the same status as a Judge of Supreme Court of India in Indian order of precedence because as the current CAG of India who was appointed on 7 January 2008 is the 11th CAG of India and he is due to Retire on 7th January 2014, he couldn't take any risks and even at the magnitude of his office, he receives a mere salary of 90 Thousand Rupees and his office has been given utmost importance by the Constitution makers. As per the Constitution of India retired C&AG can not take up any position or post under Govt of India or any other private body.
I believe you can see why everyone needs this money and will do everything to protect our integrity also. Recently the CAG under Vinod Rai has constantly been in the limelight for its reports exposing mega corruption, particularly in 2G spectrum scam, CWG scam and Coal mining scam. If this was a dangerous, both of them will even be fighting it but the truth remains that if we should let the Government have this money also, it will not be used for any good because one person or group of persons will embezzle it while the poor suffers and we will then appear to be the foolish people. Why we have agreed to release the treasures is because it will be made public and no one can be able to divert it and might even be returned to the Pakistani Government or we can also claim it and use it for the poor also but this fund is more important for now. Your urgent response is required for directives on what to do next.
